    Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of electronic technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic systems and components to ensure efficient operation.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of electronic parts.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electronic work.
    • Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of electronic systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for electronic testing.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
