Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electronic technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic systems and components to ensure efficient operation.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of electronic parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electronic work.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for electronic testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
