Lead DSP - Site Supervisor

The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring for a full-time Site Supervisor to serve as a Lead in our Day Program located in Millersville, Maryland.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the home department, including but not limited to daily staffing,
performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, scheduling, and assisting with direct cares as needed.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide support, supervision and oversight to direct support staff
• Ensure proper training and onboarding of program staff
• Attend, and assist if needed, monthly staff meetings
• Write and complete evaluations for direct support staff
• Provide direct care as required per program needs
• Oversight of execution of person-centered plans and outcomes
• Review and completion of person served paperwork in compliance with licensing standards of
  program
• Coordination and attending medical and dental appointments for person’s served
• Develop and connect with community resources to ensure successful community integration
• Management of programs petty cash, person’s served petty cash and financial reports
• Ensure the home has adequate provisions for household supplies, groceries, etc.
• Prepare and complete regular compliance reports for program
• Complete bi – weekly scheduling and fill open positions as needed
• Direct oversight and responsibility for the physical condition of program
• Other duties as assigned based on program needs
  
  

Schedule: This is a full-time position, hours will be Monday - Friday 8a-4p. With an on-call rotation for weekdays and weekend in rotation with other Site Supervisors.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years’ experience serving people with developmental disabilities/1 - year supervisory experience preferred

• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass a criminal background check
• A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
