Golden Heart is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide direct care and support daily operations in a home-like setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication support
- Supervise, train, and support DSP staff
- Coordinate schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
- Address client/staff concerns and ensure a safe environment
- Participate in care planning (ISP reviews) and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years DSP experience + 3–5 years administrative/leadership experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a group home setting
- Physically able to assist with client care tasks
Requirements

- Medication Manager or CMA
- 3 year of caregiving, DSP, or related experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
