Summary:
The Lead Distribution Coordinator supports Merchant Services Sales Operations by ensuring the accurate and timely assignment of inbound and outbound sales leads. This role is responsible for managing lead queues, maintaining data integrity, balancing lead distribution, and partnering with sales leadership to optimize lead management processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales support environment.
Responsibilities:
Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives.
Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
Maintain accurate lead assignment records, reporting, and documentation.
Review lead data for completeness and accuracy prior to assignment.
Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs.
Partner with Sales Managers to resolve assignment issues and workload concerns.
Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, pipeline activity, and lead aging.
Escalate system, routing, or lead quality issues as needed.
Support sales teams through administrative and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lead management guidelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance lead management effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative support, reporting support, or related experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including:
Microsoft Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Microsoft Teams
1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Experience performing administrative tasks and maintaining operational records.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree. (preferred)
Experience in Merchant Services, Sales Operations, Contact Center Operations, Lead Management, or a Call Center environment.
1-2 years of Salesforce experience.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Sales support and pipeline management experience.
Presentation and reporting experience.
