This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Divisionlocatedin Germantown, WI.

    You will coordinate distribution center activities ina Business Unitbyadhering to all safety guidelines and standards in a team environment. As well as executeoperational transactions to support the operations in their assigned department. 

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Contribute transactionally to support DC performance

    • Primary contactbetween the team and the supervisorfor operational daily needs 

    • Partner withmanagement toassess andimproveonteam performance 

    • Using data tools and metrics to assess and make operational decisions 

    • Initial assessment of problems, working with internal counterparts to determine next steps 

    • Coordinatedepartment levelactivities withthe team and DC leadership

    • Train staff on RFScanner,and computer system 

    • Support process to contribute to the accuracy of the inventory

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training. 

    • High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED) 

    • Forklift certification preferred

    • DOT Hazardous Materials, and IATAa plus

    • Effective leadership skills, 

    • Proficient written,oral communication, 

    • Basicorganizational skills.

    • Ability towork within complexsystemandprocess

    • Experiencein MS Office programs and Warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RFScanneretc.)

    • Agile inidentifyingand makingrecommendations to resolveproblems

    • Models and promotes self-directed work team culture

    • Proven ability to solve problems with standardized solution 

    • Ability tolift upto 50lbs.
