Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

About All Tire & Service

All Tire & Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join its busy Staten Island, NY location.

The 6-bay shop services approximately 850 vehicles each month, creating a steady flow of work across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. You'll take the lead on difficult diagnostic concerns while helping resolve technical bottlenecks and supporting less-experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Resolve challenging vehicle concerns to help maintain efficient workflow
  • Mentor less-experienced technicians with technical guidance
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to keep repairs moving
  • Utilize Tire Shop/Freedom SMS, Steer CRM, AutoOps, and other shop technology

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong drivability and electrical diagnostic experience
  • Strong scan tool knowledge
  • Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Ability to mentor and provide technical support to less-experienced technicians
  • New York State Inspector License preferred
