We’re seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is gentle, polished, reliable, and team-first, with excellent chairside manner and a strong sense of ownership. We would love someone who is excited about high-tech dentistry and can help manage a digital workflow, including scanners, 3D printing, and in-house milling.

Dental Assistant Lead— Long-Term, Patient-Based Relationship Practice

We’re a non-corporate, long-term, patient-based relationship practice led by a dentist with 30 years of experience and growing to include her daughter. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is gentle, polished, reliable, and team-first, with excellent chairside manner and a strong sense of ownership. We would love someone who is excited about high-tech dentistry and can help manage a digital workflow, including scanners, 3D printing, and in-house milling.

You will lead clinical flow, support the doctor and team, keep patients comfortable and informed, maintain high standards for infection control and presentation, and help mentor assistants as needed. Prior chairside experience is required; expanded functions is preferred. If you have strong experience but aren’t yet expanded functions, we’ll support the right hire in completing an expanded functions certification program.

We are building a future new office in a location central to the Nashville airport.
