Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, mentor, and support the dental assisting team.
- Assist the dentist with a variety of clinical procedures, including advanced dental treatments.
- Maintain efficient patient flow and daily clinical operations.
- Coordinate dental supply ordering, inventory, and stocking.
- Track dental laboratory cases and coordinate timely completion.
- Oversee OSHA compliance, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
- Ensure operatories are clean, organized, properly equipped, and prepared for procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the dentist, patients, team members, and dental laboratories.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience and proficiency in the following areas:
- Previous dental assisting experience with strong clinical skills.
- CBCT imaging and dental technology.
- Dental implant procedures.
- Invisalign treatment support.
- Prosthodontics and advanced dental assisting procedures.
- Team leadership, training, and staff coordination.
- OSHA regulations and infection control procedures.
- Dental supply management and inventory control.
- Dental laboratory case tracking and coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Compensation:
