Responsibilities:

• Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
• Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings with skills including facilitation, training, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
• Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
• Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• CEREC and scanning experience 
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern technology is a plus
• Current Arizona radiography certification required
