Job Summary

(INTERNAL ONLY) The Lead Data Integrity Coordinator provides operational and programmatic support to Program and Executive Directors, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data-driven processes. This role is responsible for streamlining referral workflows to enhance service delivery timelines, leading efforts to optimize data collection and reporting practices, and serving as a subject matter resource on procedural updates. The incumbent mentors and guides staff on data integrity standards and system processes, promoting compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across program operations. The primary purpose of these positions is to provide proactive operational support to the Program and Executive Director, accelerating referral timelines, mentoring staff on procedural updates, and optimizing data collection for reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Department of Human Services (DHS) policies and procedures, particularly those specific to the Families First program.
  • Knowledge of the EBMS system used by DHS TANF Case Managers.
  • Knowledge Center for Community Outreach policies and procedures as they relate to the Families First program.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a social services program. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the TDHS TANF (Families First) Program.
