Lead Data Center Technician

Lead Cable Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling infrastructure within data center environments. In this role, you will guide and support a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, interpret technical documentation, and maintain compliance with industry best practices. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others while driving operational excellence.

All applicants applying will be required to submit to a full background check, drug screen, and employment verification. This is a direct hire $75,000 - $85,000 base salary nonexempt position paid hourly- ($36-41 per hour), plus paid OT and full benefits. Candidates must be able available to work all shifts; this location is a 24/7 operation. (7am-5pm, 10am-10p, 6am-6pm). Relocation assistance is available for well qualified candidates

Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness. Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles. Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work. Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
