KPI Development Metrics Definition and Reporting Frameworks

Experience working with largescale enterprise datasets

Data Quality Analysis and Data Reconciliation

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Reporting Concepts

Proficiency in Excel for analytical reporting and ad hoc analysis

Using AI effectively for daytoday activities

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Qlik Sense

Python for Data Analysis and Automation

ETL and Data Integration Concepts

Job Duties

Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical reporting and dashboard requirements

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends patterns risks and business opportunities

Design and develop interactive QlikView dashboards scorecards and reports that support strategic and operational decisionmaking

Support highpriority initiatives including Redesign Dashboard Modernization and analytical work

Translate business questions into actionable datadriven insights and recommendations

Define monitor and enhance KPIs and business metrics

Perform root cause analysis and data validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency

Create ad hoc analysis and executivelevel presentations to support business decisions

Collaborate with business technology and offshore teams to deliver analytical solutions within timelines

Participate in requirement workshops solution design discussions effort estimation and prioritization activities

Identify opportunities for reporting automation process improvement and enhanced data visualization

Maintain documentation for business rules metrics definitions data lineage and reporting solutions

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills as this is an onsite clientfacing role

Insurance domain knowledge with the ability to understand policy claims billing and operational reporting concepts

Excellent stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills

Ability to gather clarify and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities

Ability to tell a compelling story with data and present insights to business and leadership teams

Experience in work effort estimation prioritization and delivery planning

Ability to coordinate with offshore teams and review deliverables for quality and completeness

Strong customercentric mindset with the ability to recommend datadriven solutions

Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment
