Lead CX Tech Writing Specialist-1332

Provide support to both the sales team and distributor network by providing quoting support for both new and existing products, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive pricing. Manage and maintain department specifications, and pricing documentation, while creating specs and cost for new business opportunities. This role will also support vendor relationship management to help inform pricing strategies and ensure cost alignment. In addition, provide ongoing support to Regional Managers within their territories, with a strong focus on quote generation, updates, and follow-through.

• Provide customer/sales technical support on new or existing products quotes.
• Work closely with regional sales managers to achieve Product Management goals and to support key accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes based on specifications, requirements, and pricing guidelines
• Meet defined turnaround times for quote delivery · Prioritize urgent or high-value quotes
• Balance speed with accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction
