REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
At least 3 years in the custodial field. Requires intermediate knowledge of cleaning terms and safety procedures related to hazardous chemicals.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of 1st & 3rd shift Custodians.
Regular communication with the manager is required, including at least two (2) daily check-ins to review progress, address challenges, communicate needs or concerns, or confirm next steps for tasks or projects.
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to employees and address employee issues.
Inspect, evaluate and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure all employees are adhering to company policies, industry regulations and safety guidelines.
Participate in leadership and staff meetings to communicate objectives and share updates.
Approve attendance and Web Time Entry.
Assign relief custodians to fill in for absentee workers.
Follow the guidance and direction of the Manager.
Other duties, including special projects, as required or assigned.
