This includes familiarity with process unit operations and prior involvement in key PSM elements (e.g., MOC, PHA, QRA, facility siting, incident investigation, etc.).
  • Direct ownership or coordination of Management of Change (MOC) program, including: normal MOCs, emergency MOCs, temporary MOCs, Bypassing Critical Protections (BCP), Pre‑Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs), and Management of Organizational Change (MOOC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced or supplemental training in process safety, risk management, or refinery operations.
  • PSM Program Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading PSM initiatives or programs. Experience implementing or improving HSE processes at a facility is highly valued.
