This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and grow their career, we strongly believe in promoting from within.The ideal candidate will be confident leading a team, creating exceptional dining experiences, and bridging front-of-house and back-of-house operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you'll work closely with the leadership team while also taking ownership of evening shifts, including properly closing the kitchen and ensuring all standards are met.Responsibilities include upholding HACCP guidelines, maintaining a strong awareness of food allergies and safety protocols, and leading with professionalism, care, and respect.
