Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant / Senior UI Developer with extensive expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end development. The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of UI development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications using React.js.

The role will involve independent development, technical analysis, estimation, coding, testing, implementation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and Agile SDLC participation. The candidate will also work with backend APIs, Node.js, databases, cloud platforms, and emerging AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience with 8+ years of UI development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

• Experience with Node.js and backend API integration.
• Strong experience with REST APIs / API-based integration.

• Understanding of AI solutions / AI-assisted development and willingness to learn newer technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and SDLC processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise UI applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop reusable and scalable front-end components using React, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Perform analysis, estimation, coding, implementation, testing, and code reviews.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot existing applications and perform bug fixing and performance improvements.
• Work with databases and develop/maintain PL/SQL components as required.
• Participate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Work within an Agile development environment.
• Independently design and develop technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and handle team-level responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous technical improvement.
