Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in AWS cloud, AI-driven application development, and SDLC.ai practices. The candidate will act both as a technical lead and an AI Evangelist, driving AI adoption across Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS).
This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering capability, strategic leadership, and AI transformation consulting experience to guide client teams on their AI journey.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience as a Lead AI Engineer

- AI Evangelist mindset with ability to drive AI adoption across teams

- Lead hands-on engineering efforts to accelerate application development using AI-driven SDLC (SDLC.ai) practices
- Act as an AI Evangelist, shaping the client’s AI strategy and driving awareness, adoption, and implementation across technical teams
- Provide strong technical leadership while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and solution design
- Influence stakeholders and guide the organization’s AI transformation journey across AD and AMS environments
- Work closely with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into development and maintenance workflows
