    Detailed Job Description
    Agile Product Owner (PO) in Agriculture IT specializing in Seeds/Breeding area.
    Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs and facilitating effective communication and decision-making between stakeholders.
    Overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, continuously gathering feedback and monitoring performance to drive product enhancements.
    Contributing to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and user stories.
    Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, and monitoring and reporting on key product metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
    Staying current with industry trends and managing and prioritizing work in an Agile environment to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-value features.
    Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.
    Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.
    Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
    Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.
