They handle structural, tilt-wall and site concrete for commercial projects across North Texas and have a steady pipeline of work. Lead Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Own concrete projects from buyout to final closeout

- Keep budgets, forecasts and schedules on track

- Work closely with superintendents and foremen on pour planning

- Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers and the project team

- Handle change orders, pay applications, RFIs and submittals

- Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers

Lead Concrete Project Manager Qualifications:

- 7+ years of commercial concrete project management experience

- Strong background in structural, tilt-wall and site concrete

- Able to run multiple projects at once

- Solid cost control, scheduling and budgeting skills

- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Lead Concrete Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
