GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established DFW commercial concrete contractor. The company is adding a Lead Concrete Project Manager - Structural, Tilt-Wall and Site to its team in Carrollton (Dallas), TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Lead concrete project management experience in structural, tilt-wall and site concrete.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural, tilt-wall and site concrete scopes
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Lead concrete project management experience in structural, tilt-wall and site concrete.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
