• Commercial Appliance Parts & Service (CAPS) | Tampa Bay, FL
• We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Tampa Bay team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Must HaveValid Florida Contractor License – REQUIRED
•    EPA Type II Certification or higher – REQUIREDCommercial HVAC experience
•    Commercial kitchen equipment experiencePrevious lead or supervisory experience
•    Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screeningMust be at least 18 years of age.
•    Driving record must align with our safety standards

  What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and support service technicians

•    Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipmentAssist technicians with complex service calls and diagnostics
•    Help oversee daily service operations and technician performanceCommunicate with customers and ensure quality service
