We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial HVAC equipment.
• Work on equipment including:
  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
  • Split systems
  • VRF systems
  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Pumps
  • HVAC controls and related systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency service.
• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical HVAC issues.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment condition, repairs, and recommendations.
• Provide professional, high-quality service while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and safety.
• Complete service-related documentation using company-provided technology.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting HVAC controls.
• Building automation system experience.
• Experience with VRF systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, and commercial rooftop equipment.
• Previous Lead Technician or senior-level field experience.
• Experience mentoring less-experienced technicians.
