Harris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
**This ad hires is for a medical facilities**
**Must be available Monday through Friday after 5pm****
**Weekends and Holidays are off**
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting surface areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Hours worked per week is determined by facility
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
