As our third key, you’ll be the role model, themotivator, and the go-to hero for our students and their families.What You’ll Do:Coach: Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, anddevelop character for kids walking to 11 years old Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs andcommunicate it with flair Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in avideo game with our stellar training programs Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class –you’re the reason they love KidStrong Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardybells hereLeadership Duties: Slack Savvy: Keep the team connected and in the loop. Channel your inner tech wizard Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think ofyourself as the social glue that keeps everyone togetherCenter Operations: Acting GM/AGM: Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party plannermeets motivational speaker Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center.Cleanliness is next to awesomenessWe want to hear from people who have a: Passion for helping Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged 2 - 11 years old. If you’ve coached aherd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel yourinner motivational speaker Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills CPR Certified: Or willingness to get certified, safety first!Your DNA: High Standards: Set the bar high and lead by example.
