    Eliot is seeking a dedicated Lead Clinician to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

    The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience as well as proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential.

    Responsibilities:


    • Function as part of the Leadership team.
    • Provide clinical supervision to other team members. 
    • Act as a primary case manager to 4-8 clients in accordance with Eliot’s policies and PACT standards and provide direct clinical interventions to individuals served.
    • Participate in completing assessments as assigned by the Team Leader or Forensic Psychologist.
    • Assist in the development of clinical interventions, risk assessment and management, develop IAP's 

     

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
    • Possess a current clinical license, preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC)
    • At least 2 years of experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders
    • At least 1 year of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting
    • Valid Massachusetts drivers license and vehicle 

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

    Annual Salary

    $80,000 - $90,000USD
