Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading workforce identity and access management initiatives, driving secure authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the Workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in designing, implementing, and supporting secure authentication and authorization solutions.
Drive the adoption of Zero Trust, least privilege, and modern identity security practices across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Architect and support IAM solutions leveraging Entra ID, SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and Privileged Access Management technologies.
Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and security guidance to stakeholders, application teams, and business partners.
Support identity security operations by troubleshooting complex authentication, access, and federation issues across hybrid and cloud environments.
Collaborate with security, engineering, and infrastructure teams to strengthen identity governance, cloud security, AI-driven identity initiatives, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, and Cloud Security Architecture.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Federation, and Privileged Access Management.
Proven experience leading IAM teams and designing Zero Trust, cloud security, identity governance, and workforce authentication solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
