We are seeking an experienced Lead CRNA to provide clinical leadership within a surgical center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia services while supporting department operations
- Assist with team coordination and workflow improvements
- Support quality and safety initiatives
- Mentor and collaborate with anesthesia staff
Requirements:
- Current CRNA certification
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical background in surgical anesthesia
