What You’ll Do: As the central hub of our daily operations, you will:
Lead and coordinate mobile paramedical cases, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, referral partners, and examiners.
Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with HIPAA and company standards.
Deliver exceptional service by managing calls, emails, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
What You Bring:
Experience in healthcare case management, medical office operations, or paramedical services.
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills in a dynamic setting.
Excellent communication and client service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/documentation systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred, but will accept equal work experience).
