Greycor Projects is a fast-growing Lower Mainland renovation company. We take on larger home renovations: high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and finish carpentry. Our job sites are organized (scheduling, budgets, and daily logs all live in one place), so you spend less time chasing info and more time doing the work you’re good at.

We need a Lead Carpenter to run the day-to-day on site. You’ll guide the crew, keep quality and pace on track, and stay aligned with our Operations Manager. And yes, you’ll still be on the tools every day. This isn’t a clipboard job. It’s for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term home, not a quick stop.

You’ll fit right in if you have

• 3+ years of residential renovation experience in Canada across framing, finishing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, decks, millwork, and more
• Experience leading a crew (foreman or lead carpenter)
• A knack for clear communication with clients, trades, and your team
• A valid driver’s licence, clean record, and reliable vehicle
• Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship)
