Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily carpentry work and job site activities.
- Read blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Perform framing, installation, repairs, and finish carpentry.
- Measure, cut, and assemble building materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Monitor work quality and ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Train and guide team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional carpentry experience required.
- Prior leadership or lead carpenter experience preferred.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on job sites.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor.
