What You'll Earn and Receive:You'll earn $28-$40 per hour based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD CARPENTER TECHNICIANEvaluate structures, identify issues, and recommend practical repair solutions that homeowners can understand and feel confident aboutComplete high-quality carpentry repairs and installations involving trim, siding, decking, windows, doors, skylights, roofing and other structural or finish elementsApply problem-solving skills in the field, adapt to challenging conditions, and deliver polished results even when structures aren't perfectly square, level, or plumbWHEN YOU'LL BE WORKINGTypically 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility depending on the day's projects.
