Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Crew Leader

You show up, lead your crew, and build remodeling projects. No "chasing parts," no 1099 tax surprises, and no seasonal layoffs.

The Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (Weekends are yours, though Saturday OT is available if you want it).

Minimum Requirements:
5+ Years of verifiable experience RUNNING full residential remodeling projects.
