What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and more
- Oversee, mentor, and support carpenters on site
- Manage job sites, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to keep jobs on track
Requirements:
- 5+ years of foreman/leadership experience in residential remodeling
- Skilled in rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and execute floorplans/blueprints
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
