Title: Lead Buyer
Location : Remote as per EST and preferred that a person reside close to Walkersville, MD, or Portsmouth, NH
Duration : 12+ Months
This role is a Capital Projects Procurement Lead role
This role will be responsible for a procurement budget of up to $500M, including Capital Equipment like bioreactors, Contract Negotiation for Service contracts such as:
- Construction management C&Q & Engineering
- Planning For Capital Projects
- Execution of Capital Projects
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting, and Closing out capital projects.
This role will Scope Projects, and lead RFPs.
