Lead Business Systems Analyst - POS Business Services (Hybrid)

5+ years of business experience planning, organizing, and leading solution delivery efforts in a large-scale distributed environment. Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and proven ability to lead within defined roles and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of business systems analysis experience
• 5+ years of business experience planning, organizing, and leading solution delivery efforts in a large-scale distributed environment
• 5+ years of business experience analyzing complex problems and translating them into scalable technology solutions
• 2+ experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and proven ability to lead within defined roles and responsibilities
• Experience identifying, designing, and supporting business process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile Scrum framework and its application in product development and delivery
• Experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
• In depth SQL query knowledge
• High level understanding of technologies such as .Net, Angular, and C#
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
