Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, discovery, and design thinking
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Act as SPOC for requirement clarifications throughout the delivery lifecycle
Ensure alignment between business goals, automation outcomes, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience Core Experience
8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong domain experience in Banking / Financial Services
Hands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation platforms (preferably n8n)
Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation programs
Strong understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures
