Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience working with technical product managers and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience creating presentations and executive-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

AI Knowledge Requirements

• Support AI-focused initiatives and programs.
• Demonstrate familiarity with platforms such as AWS AI Services, OpenAI, and Anthropic.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI or technology-focused teams.
• Understanding of Conversational AI, NLU, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with idea management platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Business intelligence reporting experience.
• Formal project management experience.
• Insurance and/or Claims industry experience.
