    East West Urban Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Building Engineer to support the daily maintenance operations of Spire Owners Association, a premier 500-home luxury residential high-rise in downtown Denver. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, you'll serve as the senior technical resource on shift while mentoring Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians.

    Job Details

    Job Location: Denver, CO
    Pay Rate: $32.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience
    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    On-Call: Rotation and weekends as needed
    Employment Status: Full-Time
    Start Date: Immediately

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and mentor Building Engineers/Maintenance Technicians.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, emergency power, and BAS systems.
    • Perform preventative maintenance.
    • Respond to resident concerns and emergencies with urgency.
    • Assign and prioritize work orders.
    • Coordinate vendors and inspections.
    • Maintain inventory and maintenance documentation.
    • Support exterior maintenance.
    • Build strong resident and vendor relationships.

    About You

    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and generators.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Lead experience.
    • HOA or luxury residential experience.
    • CPO certification or ability to obtain.
    • Spanish a plus.
