About the Role:Dominion Services For All People is looking for a passionate and driven Lead Behavioral Coach to join our dedicated team in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral coaching plans for clients
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavioral coaches to ensure quality service delivery
- Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor client progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community stakeholders to support client outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards
- Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions using evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Identify and respond to crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred) or
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral coaching, case management, or a related human services role working with children
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of mental healt disorders , trauma-informed care, or similar behavioral frameworks
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state/agency compliance requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client care
