Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team.
This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

This is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.
You will be responsible for:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality
Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Support daily clinic operations and flow
Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
Assist with opening and closing the clinic
Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
Communicate with families and team members as needed
