Lead Bartender Flower on Freeman (Ohio City)

Flower on Freeman is rebuilding its bar team and looking for a strong lead bartender who can step in, take ownership, and help run a tight, consistent bar.
This is not a passive bartending role. We are looking for someone who can hold the room, move with urgency, and lead by example.
What You ll Do:
- Run shifts independently and keep the bar clean, stocked, and controlled
- Execute cocktails with speed and consistency
- Maintain inventory, set par levels, and assist with ordering to keep the bar properly stocked
- Help simplify and maintain a focused, high-performing menu
- Set the tone for service, pace, and professionalism behind the bar
- Assist in training and supporting additional staff
What We re Looking For:
- 2+ years bartending experience (cocktail experience required)
- Strong presence behind the bar calm, fast, and reliable
- Leadership mindset able to take ownership of a shift
- Experience with inventory, ordering, or bar management is a plus
- No drama, no call-offs reliability is non-negotiable
- Understands how to balance quality with volume
Compensation:
- $10 $12/hr base + tips
- Strong earning potential on busy nights

Schedule:
- Evening shifts (4pm start)
- Must be available Friday and Saturday
