Our client, a fast-paced 3PL Distribution Center, is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, support warehouse associates, and drive productivity in a high-volume environment. Schedule
- Regular Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Training Schedule:6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (1st
Shift for approximately 3–4 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
- Supervise warehouse associates by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS and AS400 systems.
- Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or 3PL distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution, and material handling processes.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
