We're looking for an experienced automation professional who's ready to take the next step in their career-not just as a hands-on technical expert, but as a leader and mentor. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend about 70% of your time designing and executing a technical roadmap, and building or recommending integrations, and 30% coaching a small team and driving organizational change.
You'll lead a team of 2-3 experienced hardware and software professionals who have strong governance foundations but are looking for a compliment to their talents with someone who understands infrastructure-as-code, API integrations, and automation frameworks. Your job is to guide them on that journey while also establishing yourself as a go-to expert on automation and AI enablement across the organization.
