Stoa Group is hiring a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Waters at Promenade, our 324-unit luxury apartment community in Marrero, Louisiana.This is a hands-on position for an experienced apartment maintenance professional who can troubleshoot repairs, provide excellent service to residents, and help guide the maintenance team.
