Description
cFocus Software seeks a Lead Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience implementing and coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments
Active Advanced Agile certification
Duties:
Serves as the chief Agile coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
Drives ART events and processes, facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinates with Product Management and stakeholders, and removes impediments to ART progress.
Coach’s teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices.
Tracks and communicates ART performance metrics.
Ensures alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronization with enterprise objectives.
