Lead Agile Business Analyst

Job Title: Lead Agile Business Analyst / Document Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX. Role is onsite, 5 days/week, no remote.

Job Type: Contract

Bill Rate: $40-45/hr on W2

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience in P&C Insurance
• In depth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems
• Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar - Eligible to workional)
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes
• Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic)
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus
• Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
