    We are seeking a passionate experienced and dedicated  Afternoon ToddlerTeacher to join our team. Schedule would be 12:30PM-6:30PM.

    Join The Learning Experience in Aubrey, TX, as a passionate Toddler Teacher! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a vibrant, supportive environment dedicated to early childhood education.


    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
    • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
    • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
    • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
    • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
    Requirements:
    • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
    • Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
    • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
    • Ability to create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.
    • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
    • Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

    Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
