    Lead a Team of Advanced Practice Providers to Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

    Job Details:

    We are seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with at least one year of supervisory experience to join our dynamic team. This leadership role combines advanced clinical expertise with opportunities to guide and support fellow providers in delivering exceptional patient care.

    In this role, you will:

    • Oversee clinical operations and workflow efficiency
    • Foster collaboration among providers and staff
    • Support professional development within the APP team
    • Ensure the highest standards of patient care

    Position Profile:

    • Active NP or PA license in Texas (required)
    • National board certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
    • Clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine a plus!
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Annual patient volume; 22,000
    • Average daily visits: 60
    • Double coverage model
    • Shifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pm
    • EPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation
