Key Responsibilities: Oversee program execution for safety and role-critical training. Partner closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to scope new course requests and curate relevant and impactful source content. Design and maintain structured learning paths that align with technician job roles, business requirements, and compliance mandates – enabling clear learning progression and workforce readiness.
